Terms of use
The rules of the service, written to be read.
Last updated September 4, 2026
The service
Tageline Group Inc. transfers funds from Canada to Cameroon. The request, quote and confirmation happen in WhatsApp. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer; no other method is accepted.
Who can use it
Any adult resident in Canada, after identity verification. We cannot open an account without that verification, and we cannot shorten it.
The rate
The rate shown in the conversation before you pay is the rate that applies. Our pay is included in that rate; no transfer fee is added. A rate shown elsewhere on this site carries its timestamp and is indicative.
Refusal and suspension
We may refuse, suspend or cancel a transfer where our compliance obligations require it, in particular on a sanctions list match, or where an identity cannot be verified. Where we lawfully can, we give you the reason. Funds not executed are returned to you.
Responsibility
We answer for what we control: validation, payout, and the accuracy of the rate applied. Interac transfer times depend on your bank, and Mobile Money availability depends on its operator. Times stated on this site are usual and are not guaranteed.
The recipient's details
You confirm the recipient's number or account in the conversation before we execute anything. After that confirmation, the payout goes to the details you approved. If you spot a mistake, write to us without delay: we try what is still possible, and we tell you plainly once the funds are out.
Complaints
Our procedure is published: where to write, what we review, and where to turn if our answer does not satisfy you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Our registered office is there.
Changes
These terms may change. The date they were last updated appears at the top of this page.
